  • Overnight Shipping: For urgent orders, overnight shipping is available. Delivery will be made the next business day after shipment.

Shipping options and rates will be presented to you during the checkout process based on the destination address.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the shipping method selected, the destination, and the size and weight of the items in your order.

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer various shipping methods, including standard and expedited delivery, with rates determined based on the delivery address.
  • International Shipping: Currently, PrintXimoguard ships to select international locations. International shipping rates will be provided at checkout, and customs duties or taxes may apply. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes.

Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. However, processing times may vary based on product availability, order volume, or external factors.

  • Processing Time for In-Stock Items: Typically 1-2 business days after payment is processed.
  • Custom or Special Orders: May take longer depending on the customization or special product requirements.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking information for your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. Please use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.

  • Carriers: We use major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other reliable shipping partners to ensure timely delivery.

Please note that while tracking numbers are typically available once a shipment is in transit, it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

7. Shipping Address

It is essential to provide an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout to avoid delays or issues with delivery. PrintXimoguard is not responsible for shipping errors due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If you realize that you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@printximoguard.com. We may be able to modify the address before the order is shipped, but this is not guaranteed.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment or the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and work with you to resolve the issue.

  • For damaged items, please provide photos of the damaged products and packaging.
  • For lost shipments, we will work with the carrier to locate the package and investigate further.

PrintXimoguard is not responsible for any loss or damage once the package has been delivered by the carrier, unless specified otherwise in the warranty or returns policy.

9. Return to Sender

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or any other reason outside of our control, we may issue a refund (less the original shipping fees) or offer to reship the order at the customer’s expense.

10. Partial Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, we may ship the products in multiple packages. You will receive a tracking number for each package as it ships. Partial shipments may occur if some products are on backorder or if different shipping methods are selected for different items.
