Refund and Returns Policy

At PrintXimoguard, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted, as well as the steps you need to take to initiate a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on products that meet the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date of purchase.
  • Condition: The item must be in new, unused, and resellable condition. It should be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, documentation, and tags included.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as customized or personalized items, opened ink cartridges, and clearance or sale items, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description at the time of purchase for any specific exclusions.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@printximoguard.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description of the product, and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for the return.

  2. Return Packaging: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, along with any accessories, manuals, or documentation that came with it. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation for reference.

  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for the return. PrintXimoguard is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

  4. Processing Your Return: Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the conditions of this policy, we will process your return or exchange. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed.

3. Refunds

Once your return is approved and processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. The following terms apply to refunds:

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Restocking Fees: We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price on returns that are not due to our error (e.g., customer’s change of mind).
  • Original Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will provide you with a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. Please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us Immediately: If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging, along with your order number.
  • Return of Damaged Items: We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the damaged item at no cost to you.

Once we verify the issue, we will process a refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the replacement product. We will issue a refund for the returned item once it has been processed.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Opened ink cartridges or consumables
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards or downloadable products
  • Items damaged through misuse, abuse, or failure to follow the product instructions

7. International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside the United States, the return process is the same, but you are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details on any potential charges before returning your item.

8. Late or Missing Refunds
